I create personalized wedding commemoratives. I also create custom serving pieces, tiles and beads.

Personalized Wedding Commemoratives

My standard design features a hand painted tile in traditional blue shading. The tile is personalized with the couple's names and wedding date on flowing banners. The tile is set into a rosewood trivet frame or a keepsake box (with or without lock).

The design is based upon Italian Renaissance traditions of the 15th and 16th centuries when noble families would commission special ceramic pieces to commemorate weddings.  Historical wedding commissions typically featured holding hands.

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.  

Custom Beads

My hand painted beads are inscribed with a variety of mottos. They make excellent bridesmaid or hostess gifts. I can create beads with custom mottos. Because of the size constraints, the sayings should be no more than 20-22 characters.

Tiles

I hand paint commercially made 4 1/4 and 6 inch unglazed tiles. I do primarily repeating geometric designs and vinework. I can also reproduce historic tin-glazed tiles. Other specialty sizes are sometimes available.
