About my work

The inspiration for most my work is the colorful ceramics of the Italian renaissance of the 15th and 16th centuries. I love intricate geometric and historical designs.

I am a potter as well as a ceramic decorator. I currently decorate primarily my own hand made ceramic pottery. I also occasionally hand paint commercially made ceramic bisque tableware and tiles.

I love variety. My work includes a large variety of styles.

I use only food safe glazes in my maiolica ceramics.
