About my work

I got my start in ceramics hand painting commercial blank bisque. I started making my own pottery to decorate starting in about 2004. I prefer simply shaped vessels that act as the canvas for my elaborate decoration.

I make historical recreations as well as original designs inspired by common decorative motifs and vessel shapes found in 15th and 16th century pottery. I also create ornately hand painted ceramic beads.
